When a barber, shop, salon, or service business uses FlowOS, that business may collect and manage information about its clients through FlowOS. FlowOS processes that information to provide the platform and related services.

Depending on how FlowOS is used, we may collect or process the following categories of information:
- Name and contact details, including phone number and email address.
- Appointment and booking details, including selected service, date, time, staff member, notes, and booking status.
- Walk-in check-in details, including queue position, party size, requested service, requested barber or staff member, and timestamps.
- Service history, visit history, returning-client status, barber or staff preferences, and client notes entered by the business.
- SMS opt-in and opt-out status, messaging preferences, delivery status, and related compliance records.
- Business account information, including shop name, location information, staff users, settings, subscription status, and website settings.
- Payment and billing data handled by payment processors. FlowOS does not store full payment card numbers.
- Analytics, log, and device information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, timestamps, referral source, and usage activity.
3. How We Use Information
FlowOS uses information to operate, maintain, improve, and protect the platform. This includes using information to:
- Provide booking, walk-in queue, kiosk, client record, analytics, website, and operations features.
- Display client, appointment, queue, service, staff, and location information to authorized business users.
- Send operational notices, booking notifications, appointment reminders, queue and check-in updates, service follow-ups, account messages, and support communications.

FlowOS and service businesses using FlowOS may send SMS or text messages for appointment reminders, queue and check-in updates, booking notifications, service follow-ups, and promotional or retention campaigns where permitted and where users have opted in.
Message frequency varies based on user activity, appointment activity, queue activity, and the business using FlowOS. Message and data rates may apply. Users can reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages and HELP for help.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share messaging information with service providers, such as messaging carriers and communications platforms, only as needed to deliver, secure, support, and document the messages.

FlowOS may use third-party services to provide parts of the platform, including payment processing, messaging, email delivery, hosting, database, storage, analytics, content delivery, and infrastructure services. Businesses using FlowOS may control certain client records and may request deletion or export where available and appropriate.

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or assistance with personal information by contacting the business that collected the information or FlowOS at support@flowosapp.com.
SMS users can reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages and HELP for help. Businesses using FlowOS are responsible for honoring opt-outs and maintaining appropriate consent records.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to protect FlowOS accounts, customer data, and messaging records from unauthorized access, misuse, and loss.
10. Children
FlowOS is not directed to children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child provided personal information through FlowOS without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can review and respond.
