These terms govern access to and use of FlowOS, including dashboard tools, booking pages, walk-in queue management, client records, SMS features, websites, analytics, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlowOS, creating an account, subscribing to a FlowOS plan, or using a FlowOS-powered website, booking page, kiosk, dashboard, or SMS feature, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use FlowOS on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.

2. FlowOS Services

FlowOS is a SaaS platform for barbers, barbershops, salons, and service businesses. Depending on the plan and configuration, FlowOS may provide walk-in queue management, booking, customer and client records, barber or staff profiles, SMS reminders, SMS campaigns, analytics, websites, payment-related workflows, and operations tools.

Features may vary by plan, account status, configuration, market, and third-party service availability. We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform evolves.

3. Accounts and Authorized Users

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and controlling which owners, admins, staff, or other authorized users can access your FlowOS workspace.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that authorized users follow these terms, applicable laws, and your internal business policies.

4. Customer and Client Data

Businesses using FlowOS control the client information they collect and enter into FlowOS, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment details, check-in details, service history, preferences, and notes.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to collect, upload, store, use, and manage customer and client data through FlowOS. You are responsible for keeping that data accurate and for responding to client requests where required by law.

FlowOS will process customer and client data to provide the platform, support features, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and perform the uses described in our Privacy Policy.

5. SMS and Text Messaging Responsibilities

FlowOS may allow businesses to send SMS or text messages for booking updates, queue and check-in updates, appointment reminders, service follow-ups, and promotional or retention campaigns where permitted.

If you use SMS features, you are responsible for obtaining and documenting any legally required consent, sending messages only to people you are allowed to contact, honoring opt-outs, maintaining accurate phone numbers, and following applicable messaging laws, carrier rules, industry standards, and FlowOS instructions.

SMS users can reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

FlowOS may limit, pause, block, or disable SMS features if we believe an account is sending unlawful, abusive, high-risk, non-compliant, or undeliverable messages. Additional messaging details are available in our SMS Terms.

6. Payment and Subscription Terms

Paid FlowOS plans are billed according to the plan, billing period, pricing, and checkout terms presented at purchase or renewal. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You authorize FlowOS and its payment processors to charge applicable subscription fees, usage fees, taxes, and other charges using the payment method provided. Failed payments may result in downgraded, suspended, or terminated access.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing. Plan features, usage limits, SMS allotments, add-ons, and pricing may change with notice where required.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FlowOS to:

  • Violate laws, regulations, carrier rules, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or third-party rights.
  • Send spam, deceptive messages, prohibited SMS content, harassment, threats, or unlawful marketing.
  • Upload malicious code, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt FlowOS infrastructure.
  • Misrepresent your business, impersonate others, or collect information without appropriate rights or consent.
  • Use FlowOS in a way that could damage the platform, other users, service providers, carriers, or FlowOS reputation.

8. Third-Party Services

FlowOS may rely on third-party services and infrastructure providers, including Twilio for messaging, Stripe for payments, Supabase for database and authentication services, Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for networking and media services, Resend for email delivery, and other vendors. Your use of FlowOS may be affected by those services and may be subject to their separate terms, policies, limits, and availability.

9. Disclaimers

FlowOS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific business results, message delivery, booking volume, revenue, customer retention, or compatibility with every device, browser, carrier, or third-party service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowOS and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, or messaging delivery failures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowOS total liability for claims relating to the services will not exceed the amount paid to FlowOS for the services during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using FlowOS or cancel a subscription according to the available account or billing controls. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to pay fees, create risk for FlowOS or its users, misuse SMS or other features, or if required by law or third-party provider rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of FlowOS after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
