1. Public Review Summary

FlowOS is a barbershop and service-business operating system. SMS is used for booking confirmations, appointment reminders, walk-in queue updates, service follow-ups, support/account notices, and optional promotional campaigns.

Private dashboard pages require authentication, so this page provides public evidence of the customer-facing and owner-facing SMS consent flows used in FlowOS.

3. Message Types and Frequency

Message frequency varies based on appointment activity, queue activity, account activity, campaign settings, and the business using FlowOS. Marketing or promotional texts are only sent to opted-in clients.

4. STOP and HELP Handling

Each marketing campaign message includes opt-out language. Users can reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help. Supported opt-out keywords include STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

Help requests can also be sent to support@flowosapp.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Privacy and Terms

FlowOS does not sell personal information, and SMS consent is not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Review the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and SMS Terms.
