SMS Terms

These SMS Terms explain how FlowOS and businesses using FlowOS may send text messages for bookings, queues, reminders, follow-ups, and promotions.

1. Messaging Program

FlowOS and the barbers, barbershops, salons, and service businesses that use FlowOS may send text messages to customers, clients, staff, owners, or account users through FlowOS-powered workflows. These messages may include booking updates, queue and check-in updates, appointment reminders, service follow-ups, account notifications, and promotional or retention messages where permitted.

2. Consent and Opt-In

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from FlowOS and/or the service business you interact with through FlowOS. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on appointment activity, queue activity, account activity, campaign settings, and the business using FlowOS.

Businesses using FlowOS are responsible for collecting and maintaining valid consent where required and for using SMS features only in ways allowed by applicable law, carrier requirements, and FlowOS policies.

3. Message Types

FlowOS SMS messages may include:

  • Appointment reminders, booking confirmations, booking updates, and scheduling notices.
  • Walk-in queue, kiosk check-in, waitlist, and service status updates.
  • Service follow-ups, review requests, rebooking reminders, and retention messages.
  • Promotional messages, announcements, and customer campaigns where permitted and where users have opted in.
  • Account, support, billing, security, or operational messages for FlowOS users and businesses.

4. STOP and HELP

You can reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Supported opt-out keywords may include STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

You can reply HELP for help. Supported help keywords may include HELP and INFO. You may also contact support@flowosapp.com.

Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Privacy

FlowOS does not sell personal information, and SMS consent is not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. For more information about how FlowOS collects, uses, and shares information, review our Privacy Policy.

6. Phone Number Accuracy

You represent that any phone number you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number. If your phone number changes, you should notify the business that collected it or FlowOS where appropriate.

7. Availability and Delivery

SMS delivery depends on wireless carriers, device settings, network conditions, number status, compliance requirements, and third-party messaging services. FlowOS does not guarantee that every text message will be delivered or delivered at a specific time.
